I have been passionate about cooking since I was 10 years old, when I went to live on a farm in the interior of São Paulo. In the kitchen of the house there was a wood stove, where I started to be charmed by the gastronomic universe. But as they said that cooking was not a profession, I took other directions in my life. 7 years ago I went to a gastronomy school and through this knowledge, I found myself prepared to take flights within this universe. I set up a foodtruck and for a year participated in events, including some here in the neighborhood of Bixiga. I was Executive Chef during the World Cup in Brazil, working at Arena Corinthians during the games of the Brazilian team. I currently develop menus as a personal chef and have a line of products that I offer on request.
