Journalist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, an LGBTI + activist, he was Coordinator of LGBTI + Policies at the São Paulo City Hall (2005/2008) and at the State Government (2016/2018).
Between January 2011 and April 2016, he was Culture Advisor for Genders and Ethnicities, at the Secretary of State for Culture, working with the promotion of cultural policies aimed at women, blacks, indigenous people, gypsies, LGBTI +, Latin American peoples, people with disability, among others.
He is currently Director of Human Rights Education at the Municipal Secretariat for Human Rights and Citizenship, of the Municipality of São Paulo.
